The National Teachers Hall of Fame annually honors five teachers who have shown outstanding commitment and dedication to teaching. This induction will make Richard Ognibene '85 an ambassador, and he plans to utilize this responsibility to spread the good work of his fellow teachers.

Siena Welcomes New Dining Service

After 37 years Siena will have a new dining service on campus, AVI Foodsystems, Inc., America’s largest, independently-owned and operated food and hospitality provider. The company’s new initiative, Siena Fresh, will blend both old and new aspects of the Siena dining experience.

Siena Students Experience Ireland’s History Firsthand

To cap off the academic year, Dr. Karen Sonnelitter, assistant professor of history, and fifteen of her students traveled to Ireland as part of her class, Honors: Ireland in the Famine Era. The students were able to see everything they had learned in the classroom come to life on this week long trip.
