By October 1 of each year, Siena College compiles and distributes an annual security and fire report. You may view a copy of Siena College's Annual Security and Fire Report on Siena's Public Safety webpage. This report is required by Federal Law and contains policy statements, crime, and fire statistics for the college. This report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes and fires that occurred on campus, in or on off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by the school and on public property within or immediately adjacent to the campus. The report also includes institutional policies concerning campus security such as alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, emergency preparedness, New York State Sex Offender Registry Information and other matters. You may obtain a copy of this report by accessing Public Safety's webpage at www.siena.edu/publicsafety. You may view the "Clery Act" crime statistics and Siena's Fire statistics directly by accessing the following web address; www.siena.edu/security/statistics.
