THE PROCESS
Siena College engaged in a broad and inclusive strategic planning process. A Strategic Planning Steering Committee engaged with an extensive number of stakeholders including, but not limited to: Board of Trustees, Board of Advisors, cabinet, faculty, staff, administrators, friars, students, parents, alumni, employers and graduate schools. The primary goal of the Strategic Planning Committee (SPC) was to listen to all who have a voice in Siena's future and, to the best of their abilities, apply what they heard in the development phase to help build a new Strategic Plan for Siena College.
