Password

Siena is now using a Microsoft-based 2-factor authentication tool that adds an additional layer of security to your password. 

Note: If your last password reset was prior to 04/01/2022, you will need to re-register at the portal.

Alumni: When registering your account in the password reset portal use "@siena.edu" not "@alum.siena.edu" to register.

Users will be required to provide additional verification when resetting their passwords through the use of the Microsoft Authenticator App, or by receiving a text message or email with an authorization pass code.

Note:  You will need to register at the portal before changing your password
