Siena College is pleased to offer its employees Employee Self-Service (ESS). This user friendly and secure resource will provide you with easy, on line access to your individual, personal and professional record information. In this first stage of Employee Self-Service, you will have access to the following:
- Printable paystubs
- W2’s
- Federal and state tax information
- Benefits
- Position, compensation and deduction history
- Leave balances (staff only)
- Direct deposit information
- Personal information
To access ESS all employees will need their Siena identification number (SID) and a personal PIN. If you do not know your SID you can locate it on your check stub or you can request your SID in persona from Human Resources with proper photo ID. If you currently have a PIN for any Self Service product (Faculty Self Service or Student Self Service) you may use this PIN for ESS as well. If you currently do not have a PIN a new, temporary PIN can be assigned to you by calling the ITS Help Desk at 518-786-5000.
