All new and returning CA candidates will be required to go through a background check. Information about this process, including required paperwork, will be shared in greater detail directly with candidates.
The CA Selection process has several key components that each candidate must complete to be fully eligible for the position. Candidates are required to:
- Attend one mandatory information session (Three are offered on different days/times, and candidates only need to attend one).
- Wednesday, November 30, 2022 - 8:30-9:30 p.m. - Roger Bacon 202
- Tuesday, January 24, 2023 - 7:00-8:00 p.m. AND 9:00pm - 10:00pm - Roger Bacon 202
- Thursday, January 26, 2023 - 7:00-10:00 p.m. AND 9:00pm - 10:00pm - Roger Bacon 202
- Complete the CA Application.
- New CA Applications Due: Monday, January 30th 2023 (8:30 p.m.)
- Returning CA Applications Due: Thursday, February 2, 2023 (4:00 p.m.)
- Submit Certified Resume (must meet with Career and Internship Center)
- Due: Friday, February 3rd (4:30pm)
- Submit ‘Reference Information’ form
- Due: Friday, February 3, 2023 (4:30pm)
- Participate in an CA Individual Interview
- A 30-minute interview the weeks of February 6-17 with 2 Residence Directors and 1 Current CA
- Participate in the CA Group Process Interview.
- Saturday, February 11, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
