Internships
Why not spend your winter getting hands-on experience through a virtual internship or in your own hometown? Develop soft skills, and get a glimpse at what professional life after Siena is really like.
A world of opportunity awaits you with Siena College's High School Dual Enrollment Program. High school students are able to experience college-level work within an environment they are familiar and comfortable with. The program has many advantages that allow both students and their teachers to grow.
Siena College High School Dual Enrollment courses offer high school students the opportunity to take a college-level course that is taught in the familiar environment of their own classroom. Some dual enrollment courses are semester college courses spread across two high school semesters. Other courses are two-semester college courses taught in two high school semesters.
Our Siena course coordinators work closely with school districts and participating high school teachers to help create a syllabus, prepare assignments and notes, provide professional development opportunities, and assist with the collection of student registration forms.
Offering a high school dual enrollment course requires advanced planning. Interested districts and teachers should submit the form below or contact the Office of Academic Affairs at academicaffairs@siena.edu.
