Discussion group – “Difficult Knowledge”
DAC and COTFD are hosting a discussion of the attached article, “Difficult Knowledge: When a Black Feminist Educator Was Too Afraid to #SayHerName,” by Dr. Bettina Love on Wednesday, September 2 at noon. The discussion will be held on Zoom. Participants are encouraged to read the article before the discussion.
This discussion will serve as excellent preparation for Dr. Love’s talk, “Calling on Co-Conspirators,” which will take place on the evening of Thursday, September 3, as part of the College’s “Strengthening the Bonds of Racial Justice” series.
