Student-Hosted Guests

All student guests must be submitted through the registration process. To register a guest, students must complete this guest registration form. 

For overnight guests, requests must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance of the requested visit. Overnight guests must upload proof of vaccination and adhere to campus COVID policies and procedures while on campus. Requests are reviewed/approved by the Student Life Compliance Officer once proof of vaccination is uploaded. If approved, the guest and student will both receive confirmation emails.

Campus Visitors

Visitors are welcome to campus without registration, but are expected to abide by all College health and safety protocols. Host offices will be responsible for their guests, and per College policy, must report to the Ops Center (ask@siena.edu) if a guest tests positive for COVID within five days of their campus visit. Guests exhibiting symptoms consistent with COVID should avoid coming to campus.

Guests wishing to park on campus, particularly during the academic year, should register their vehicle with Public Safety using this FORM.
