Living Like a Saint

One of the greatest things about our campus is just that—our campus! The dorms and academic buildings are all within walking distance, so no shuttles or cars are needed. Alarm didn't go off this morning? No worries—you’ll still make it to your 8:15 AM class on time.

While nothing can ever beat mom’s home cooking, Limmy’s omelettes in the Lonnstrom Dining Hall come pretty close. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so grab your omelette, tater tots, OJ, and grab a seat.

As a first-year student, you’re just getting to know the courses you’re taking this semester. One thing you DO know—what you've learned through First-Year Seminar is already a huge help in your other courses. You know your professor will be your go-to mentor during your first year. It’s time to hit the books in the library!

How is it lunchtime already? After grabbing a quesadilla from the food truck, you head to the Student Union for your Promethean Newspaper meeting. Although you love majoring in business, you’ve always found writing to be a fun hobby. You have already had two stories published!

After a busy afternoon of classes, you’re ready to relax and unwind. Luckily, you and your roommate have a break at the same time, so you can catch up before you head out for a quick workout.

WOW! Nothing more needs to be said about Siena’s renovated Athletic Complex that opened last fall. The new student, faculty, and staff fitness center has all the equipment you could ever need. You put in a quick 20 minutes of cardio, knowing you'll be running around later tonight.

After dinner with your hallmates, you grab your cleats and meet up with the rest of the intramural flag football team for a quick stretch before your game. Afterwards, the team heads to Casey’s for a late-night snack to celebrate the win.

It’s been a long day, but it’s not over yet. You’ve got a few assignments to finish before tomorrow’s classes. Don’t worry—it’s almost the weekend! You’re looking forward to your parents coming to town so you can show them around town. You say goodnight to your roommate who is studying for a test tomorrow and head to bed—ready to do it all again tomorrow.
