10th Annual Capital District Feminist Studies Consortium Conference
To create an opportunity for interdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration among those in the greater Capital District interested in feminist and gender studies
This event is open to all in the greater Capital District interested in feminist and gender studies (broadly conceived)

Where: In-person hosted by Siena College
All attendees must be vaccinated. Please bring your COVID-19 Vaccination record for verification at the door. Visitors need to enter campus by the main gate and check in with public safety.
Capitalizing on a robust and accomplished concentration of scholars, teachers, and students in and around the Capital District who are interested in feminist and gender studies (broadly conceived), this consortium seeks to create opportunities for interdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration. It is the aspiration of the organizers of the consortium that a wide variety of disciplines contemplated by feminist and gender studies scholars will be represented.

Submit an Abstract
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
While we encourage those who have presented at CDFS conferences in the past to submit an abstract, priority in the review of abstracts will be given to those who have not presented recently.
PAPER PRESENTATIONS
Faculty members and graduate students seeking to make a formal presentation of scholarship are invited to submit an abstract no longer than 500 words. Chosen participants should prepare a 15 minute presentation to allow time for Q&A for all presenters at the end of the paper presentations.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Undergraduate students, graduate students, and faculty are invited to submit an abstract of 300- 500 words for an afternoon poster session associated with the event.
